RETURNS & REFUNDS

At the Vapour Lounge, we like to keep things nice and fair. That’s why we don’t want you to worry when buying with us over our website. When buying anything online, you are covered by the DSA Regulations meaning once you have received your item, if for any reason your item(s) aren’t what you expected, you have 7 days to return your order to us.

FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive a faulty item or your item becomes faulty please see our Warranty section of the website to see if you qualify for a refund or exchange. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange under our warranty guidelines then please get in touch with us asap.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you're not happy with your item, you must contact us asap! But before getting in touch please ensure your items are in a resaleable condition and have all the original pieces and packaging you received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note we are unable to return and e-liquids that have been opened or used in any way. These normally come with child safety seals / plastic hygiene seals, which if broken can not be sold due health, safety and hygiene related reasons.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After getting in touch we will ask you to send the items to our Returns Address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will then get in touch with you through your preferred contact method to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then instate a full purchase price refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 weeks.

If it's a Faulty Item you are Returning your shipping costs will also be refunded, so please include proof of posting for your refund to be made.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your debit/credit card company. Sometimes payments can be held up in processing and may take a further few days to re-credit your account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be re-credited. If you have still not received your refund then please get in touch immediately.
