At the Vapour Lounge, we like to keep things nice and fair. That’s why we don’t want you to worry when buying with us over our website, especially if our pictures are sometimes a little fuzzy.

With buying anything online, you are covered by the DSA regulations (Distance Selling regulations) meaning once you have received your item, if for any reason your item’s aren’t what you expected, you have 7 days to return your order to us.

You must ensure your item/s are in a sellable condition and send back all the original pieces you received. Please include a copy of your original order receipt or confirmation email of your order. Please also provide your full name and address and a contact number.

Please note we are unable to return and e-liquids that have been opened or used in any way. These normally come with child safety seals / plastic hygiene seals, which if broken could not be resold for health and safety/ hygiene related reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (unless you are out with our returns policy and are dealing with the manufacturer directly)

What happens next?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then refund the full purchase price of your order and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your debit/credit card company. Sometimes payments can be held up in processing and may take a further few days to re credit your account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be re credited.
